Micrometer Adjustment Option
for Roll Straighteners
Sjogren offers a Micrometer Adjustment Option to complement our complete line of modular roll straighteners. The micromenter is designed to fit any style straightener and will accommodate a wide range of wire diameters.
Features:
- Adjustable micrometer heads are designed for both small and large diameter wire
- Precision vernier-style micrometer heads for small wire—up to .125" (3mm) in diameter
- Digital Position Indicators mounted integrally with rotating shaft—for wire greater than .062" (1.5mm) in diameter

- Optional offline presetting and simple, recordable settings reduce set-up time
- Setting control flexibility with the benefit of high precision
Applications:
Any straightener fitted with these adjustable micrometer heads offer the same setting control flexibility of traditional straighteners, plus the benefit of high precision.
