For more than 75 years, Sjogren Industries has built a solid industry reputation by providing our customers with the highest quality wire tooling products, designed and built by a superior engineering team. Now Sjogren Industries has launched a new division, Sjogren Manufacturing, Inc., to offer the same high quality machining services to New England area businesses.

Our new division, located in an 18,000 square foot facility in central Massachusetts, features a versatile mix of powerful CNC and manual machines (see our Facilities List), MasterCAM programming software, and state-of-the-art inspection equipment. This combination of equipment enables us to provide a multitude of services in a variety of materials, including super alloys.

Our assortment of manual machines allows us the flexibility to produce prototypes, short run, and quick turn products. If orders require longer fulfillment time, we offer the ability to execute contracted orders that require weekly or monthly shipments with strict inventory control, assembly and just-in-time delivery to customers and end users.

Supporting our machining services, Sjogren has an extensive quality control department overseeing all facets of the manufacturing process. From in-coming raw material qualification, to first piece and in-process evaluation, and complete final inspection, we assure our customers of quality, “to the print” manufacturing.
